Coronavirus (COVID-19) Testing/Vaccination Information
The CDC recommends that people with moderately to severely compromised immune systems receive a third dose of mRNA COVID-19 vaccine at least 28 days after a second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.
People who have compromised immune systems are more at risk of serious, prolonged illness and may benefit from an additional dose to make sure they have enough protection against COVID-19. Those over 65 and those whose occupations put them at increased risk are also eligible.
Talk to your healthcare provider about your medical condition to decide whether getting an additional dose or booster is appropriate for you.
Make sure to take your vaccination card when you go; appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are accepted. Prescriptions are not required.
