It’s time to upskill your workforce! Through PA CareerLink® Bucks County, the Incumbent Worker Training program offers a subsidy that businesses can use to retain Bucks County employees and enhance their talents.
Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) funds may be used for the cost of providing training, including the cost of developing training or fees for the training program/provider, for a period up to six months.
Employers are required to share the cost of the IWT based on the size of their workforce as follows:
50 or fewer employees At least 10% of the cost | 51 - 100 employees At least 25% of the cost | More than 100 employees At least 50% of the cost |
