State laws, including the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (Act 247) and the Sewage Facilities Planning Act (Act 537), require that county planning commissions review plans of proposed development and sewage facilities.

As a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic and to ensure the timely review of subdivision and land development applications, the Bucks County Planning Commission has adopted a new electronic submission procedure effective immediately, until further notice.
