About the Council

The council is a voluntary organization established solely as an advisory board of 11 members whose purpose is to provide recommendations related to the coordination of emergency medical service within or otherwise affecting Bucks County as set forth in Title 28, July 20, 2002 1001.125 (a) "Requirements." These recommendations will be made to county officials, officers, employees, and residents, as well as the various emergency medical service resources, as outlined within the aforementioned statute. The council, through its efforts, shall seek to bring together the various emergency medical services resources, providing an impetus to achieve coordinated support by advising methods of improving the system of coordinated emergency medical care affecting the County of Bucks.
