About the Board

Bucks County Housing Development Corporation (BCHDC) is a 501 (C) (3) non-profit corporation founded in 1969 with the mission to provide affordable housing opportunities to throughout the County to lower-income elderly residents and low and middle-income families, and to assist these tenants in accessing the necessary and available social service supports. Currently, BCHDC owns and manages 254 units of affordable housing in the county. BCHDC properties are located in:

  • Bensalem Township
  • Bristol Borough
  • Bristol Township
  • Chalfont Township
  • Doylestown Township
  • Hilltown Township
  • Middletown Township
  • New Hope Borough
  • Northampton Township
  • Perkasie Borough
