First- File for Support

There are two convenient ways to file:

Visit the Pennsylvania Child Support Website to create an account and file a complaint* for support.  Contact log-in support at  for assistance with the Pennsylvania Child Support Website.

*Complaints for alimony pendente lite (APL) cannot be filed online.

OR

Print the Complaint for Support Packet** and mail the completed original packet to:

Doylestown, PA 18901

                **You must indicate on your complaint packet if you are filing for APL.

Next- Document Submission

Print the Complaint for Support Documents Checklist and submit all required documents at least one week prior to your scheduled conference.
