Beginning April 18, 2022, all Domestic Relations Section (DRS) conferences are being conducted in person

Print the Conference Documents Checklist and submit all required documents at least one week prior to your scheduled conference.

Complete the Contact My DRS form (.pdf, .tif, .tiff formats only)

Mail document copies to:

Hearings

All DRS hearings are being conducted in person.   If you would like to participate virtually, contact our office. 

Contempt Hearing

Defendants must appear in person for all contempt hearings. Failure to appear could result in a bench warrant being issued. Plaintiffs are not contacted for contempt hearings, unless requested (by plaintiff) or as needed.
