Delivery Rates

  • Regular Delivery
  • Expedited - Completed and delivered within 72 hours of official request, not including weekend or official court holidays
  • Daily - Completed and delivered within 18 hours of official request, not including weekend or official court holidays
  • Same Day - Emailed .pdf/hard copy of court session completed and delivered within six hours of the close of court session, divided by morning and afternoon

Family Court Orders and Masters' Hearings

  • Less than 4 Pages - $35
  • 5 to 10 Pages - $40
  • 11 to 15 Pages - $50
  • More than 15 Pages - Party-Ordered Rates

Additional Fees

  • Surcharge for medical and technical testimony - $1 per page
  • Surcharge for realtime feed - $1 per page

A party requesting expedited, daily or same-day copy must discuss with the court reporter the feasibility of their producing the transcript within the allotted time frame.

Distribution of Transcripts

The Clerk of Courts, the Office of the Prothonotary and Orphans’ Court are provided the original transcript as a hard copy prior to the distribution of copies.

The first requestor of a transcript is obligated to pay for the original transcript which is filed with the court, plus the copy rate for their personal copy (subject to any cost sharing with additional parties).

A motion for In Forma Pauperis in relation to transcripts must be made separate and apart from a motion of the same nature for filing fees. Please contact the Office of the Family Master or Chief Court Reporter for further information.
