Bucks County Housing Link
The Bucks County Housing Link is the housing crisis response system for families and individuals in Bucks County experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness. Its mission is to prevent and end homelessness throughout Bucks County so all residents have an opportunity to live in safe, affordable housing and an opportunity to achieve economic self-sufficiency.
Eligible individuals and families may be able to access services that include Street Outreach, Housing Planning, including Eviction Prevention, emergency shelter and other Housing Programs. Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher
The Housing Choice Voucher Program is a federally funded program to assist very low-income families, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing in the private market. This program is administered by the Bucks County Housing Authority and is often referred to as Section 8 is a program that provides steady payment assistance for individuals and families in the private rental market. Program participants pay a monthly adjusted amount for rent and the balance is subsidized to the landlord by the Bucks County Housing Authority.
