The meeting agenda for the Bucks County Prison Oversight Board generally consists of the Controller's report, the Director's report and reports from subcommittees before having public comment.
Established in 2002, the Bucks County Prison Oversight Board is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of the Bucks County Correctional Facility and all alternative housing facilities, overseeing the health and safekeeping of inmates, and confirming the Commissioners' selection of the warden.
Agendas for the meetings are posted at least 24 hours prior to each meeting. The Director's report, on the previous month, are posted after the meeting. Minutes are available upon request.
Meetings are held in person at the Bucks County Administration Building, however instructions to be at the meeting virtually through Zoom can be found on the Prison Oversight Board page.
