Two Philadelphia drug dealers arrested two years ago during an investigation by the Bucks County Detectives Drug Strike Force were sentenced on Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022, to up to 20 years in state prison.
Winston Frias-Moya, 33, and Adalberto Villalona, 45, were charged after having sold more than 5,000 bags of heroin/fentanyl during a pair of controlled purchases in February 2020.
In August, they both pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to deliver heroin one count each of criminal conspiracy and dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities. Frias-Moya also pleaded guilty to criminal use of a communication facility and possession of heroin.
On Tuesday, they appeared before President Judge Wallace H. Bateman Jr., who sentenced Frias-Moya to 9 ½ years to 20 years in state prison and Villalona to eight years to 20 years in state prison.
