iPad and other Tablet user

When using a PC and the below setting is set to “Off” you will be able to use either the touch pad or the keyboard. We requested support to return this to the way it was.  See below for how the system functions now.

How to have the touch number pad visible for dates, times, and other numeric entries.

1. First click on “settings” at the bottom of the screen when you log into Field.  This is the dashboard/log on screen, NOT when there is a PCR open.
2. Click on “External Keyboard Setting”

    . Select “On” or “Off” and click OK.

1. On = You must use the keyboard
2. Off = You must use the touch number pad on the left side of the screen

When set to “Off” you will have the below number pad on the left side of the screen.
