MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO SELLING PILL CONTAINING FENTANYL THAT LED TO WOMAN'S OVERDOSE DEATH

Shakur Brisbon

A Bensalem man pleaded guilty on Thursday, Nov. 16, 2023, to selling a counterfeit prescription pill laced with Fentanyl that led to a woman’s overdose death in Bristol Township last year.

Shakur Ali Brisbon, 24, of the 1200 block of Neshaminy Valley Drive, was charged in February with providing the drug that killed 23-year-old Olivia Seaberg.

On Thursday, Brisbon appeared before Common Pleas Judge Raymond F. McHugh and entered a guilty plea to drug delivery resulting in death. Sentencing was deferred for another month.

Brisbon has been in Bucks County Correctional Facility since his arrest in February.
