NAMI Anxiety & Depression Group

NAMI Bucks Anxiety and Depression Support Group is offered to assist adults who are living with anxiety and/or depression. You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend. This in-person support group is led by NAMI trained leaders who are living with similar struggles. It is held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays in at NAMI Bucks' Warrington office. Those who attend] the Anxiety & Depression support group have the opportunity to share their struggles and successes, or to listen while others share and may choose to give feedback based on their own lived experiences. This safe and confidential space permits the participants to speak openly about their mental health without judgement. This opportunity allows participants to gain insight, validation, knowledge, community, and acceptance that may not be attained in their daily lives yet is essential to bettering their lives. This is a free group and registration is not required.
