Biography
Mr. Louka joined the District Attorney's Office in 2006. He is a graduate of Widener Law School, and attended Bloomsburg University for undergraduate studies in history and political science. Mr. Louka worked for the District Attorney’s office from 2006 to 2013 where he served in the Special Victims Unit and the Major Crimes Unit. He returned to the District Attorney’s Office in 2017. Mr. Louka has previously worked as a civil insurance defense attorney with the Law firm Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman, and Goggin in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to re-joining the District Attorney’s Office in 2017 Mr. Louka was an Assistant District Attorney with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office where he worked in the Family Violence and Sexual Assault Unit.
